Send us a proposal if your expertise could contribute to clients’ legal or related assignments. You can propose involvement in a single matter or a longer-term working relationship. Roles, fees and the arrangements for sharing documents must be agreed before work begins.
Professional Cooperation on a Defined Assignment
This page is for professionals and companies offering to contribute their services. If you need assistance as a client, choose the relevant area in our service directory. This will help direct your enquiry to the right place from the outset.
Preparing Your Proposal
Set out your professional profile, country and city of practice, specialism and working languages. Describe the specific tasks you undertake and how you would like to work with us. If your activity requires a particular professional status, confirm the relevant authorisation rather than relying solely on a general account of your experience.
You may offer legal assistance, representation, document services, translation or other related expertise. This list does not mean that every proposal will automatically be accepted. We first assess its relevance to our needs, the geographical coverage and the ability to deliver the work properly.
Terms for an Individual Assignment
Before referring an assignment, we agree the steps to be taken, the expected deliverable, preparation times, fees and additional costs. We identify the person responsible for communication and how progress will be reported. If representation is required, we establish separately who will act and what authority is needed.
Client documents are shared only after the arrangements have been agreed. A description without unnecessary personal data is sufficient for an initial discussion. A cooperation proposal does not grant permission to use clients’ names, documents or contact details in your own advertising.
How This Differs from Other Arrangements
For international proposals, see our page on partnerships. A franchise involves different arrangements and requires separate agreement. Neither model automatically guarantees a volume of enquiries or a profit.
Submit your proposal through the contact page, using the subject “Cooperation” and stating your preferred contact method. Submitting a professional profile does not create a contract. Everyone involved must understand the scope and terms before any specific work begins.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I propose involvement in a single matter?
Yes. A one-off assignment or longer relationship can be discussed according to requirements and professional expertise.
How should I describe my expertise?
State the actual tasks, territory, languages and professional authorisations. Distinguish your own services from work handled by others.
How are fees for joint work agreed?
The participants agree fees, expenses, timing and reporting before referring a specific assignment.
Does cooperation allow me to use client information?
No. A cooperation proposal does not authorise using client information or documents in your own advertising.
Does submitting a professional profile create a contract?
No. The task, roles and working terms must be agreed separately before work begins.
