About the Company

We help individuals, entrepreneurs and companies understand their legal position, prepare documents and arrange the legal steps they need. Where a matter involves more than one country, we first establish the relevant jurisdiction, the expertise required and whether a local professional can be engaged.

01Key Information

Matters We Can Help With

We begin with your task: what has happened, which documents are available and what decision you need to make. After reviewing the information, we define the scope of our assistance. This may be a single consultation, preparation of a document, representation or agreed support on several related matters. The available areas of work are listed in our service directory.

For individuals, we consider family, inheritance and property matters, real estate, civil and insurance disputes, and the need for defence in criminal proceedings. For businesses, our work covers corporate matters, company formation, contracts, investments, taxation, counterparty checks and intellectual property protection. Assistance with permits and licences is assessed according to the particular business activity.

Some assignments concern obtaining official documents, apostilles, consular legalisation, translation or interpreting. These can be standalone services or part of a legal assignment. We agree their scope, the professionals involved and the formalities required separately; they are not automatically included in every enquiry.

Cross-Border Matters and Professional Cooperation

If a matter involves several countries, we need to establish where legal steps must be taken, which law needs to be considered and who is authorised to act. Our country pages provide information about the types of enquiry we consider. Listing a country does not mean that every service is available there or that we have our own office in every city.

You may submit your initial enquiry in Ukrainian. We will confirm the language of any subsequent consultation, the need for document translation and the involvement of a local lawyer according to the assignment. We cannot promise that any professional will be available in any language without prior confirmation.

What We Agree Before Work Begins

We agree the work to be carried out, the form of the deliverable, fees, any additional costs and how we will keep in touch. Where representation is involved, we clarify the authority required. A consultation, a response from a public body and court proceedings cannot sensibly be given the same timescale: they depend on different participants and circumstances.

A consultation does not guarantee an outcome, and sending a message does not mean that your case has automatically been accepted. To find out whether we can assist, send us an enquiry with a brief timeline, the country concerned and any known deadlines. Once the task is clear, we can agree the next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of matters can I enquire about?

How is work involving several countries organised?

The tasks in each jurisdiction, required professionals and their roles are identified first. Terms of involvement are agreed separately.

What is agreed before legal work begins?

The instruction’s scope, expected deliverable, fees, expenses, documents and any authority needed to act.

Can I make an initial enquiry without sending originals?

Yes. An outline and agreed copies are generally enough initially. Any need for originals is discussed separately.

Does submitting an enquiry create an engagement?

No. The task and terms must be agreed. Sending a message alone does not mean instructions have been accepted.
